Cheese, who doesn’t love cheese! Well, cheese goes with everything and it complements most of the food and drinks that exist. Cheese helps boost metabolism. Gruyere, blue, Gouda, Parmesan, and cheddar all these cheese contain a substance called butyrate and it helps you to stay slim.

Since we were kids, our parents have been forcing us to drink all the milk. Vitamin D and calcium help in building stronger bones. And cheese contains calcium that help in developing the stronger bones.

As we know that cheese contains calcium and it helps in preventing cavities. Cheese has a lower content of lactose which harms teeth. Cheeses like Blue, Monterey Jack, Brie, Cheddar, Swiss, Gouda, and American prevents tooth decay if taken after a meal or as a snack.

Butyrate in cheese can protect against colon cancer by nourishing the cells of your colon and by reducing inflammation that can damage the colon over time.

For some people gaining weight might be a horror but for some, it is a necessity for various reasons. If you are planning to gain weight, having cheese is the best way. It has fats and protein contents plus various vitamins and minerals. That’s why cheeses like Gouda, goat, and Parmesan are highly recommended to have.
